Cormac Murphy
Founder & Lead Consultant Coach
Cormac is the Managing Director of FirstLineCoach. He has been working in change and coaching for over 30 years and specifically in Customer Experience change for the last 20 years. Cormac is the original designer of Learning Teams and has delivered successful programmes to AIB, Scottish Life, CIE Tours, Wheatley Group and others.

Gillian Jennings
Director, Group Coaching
Gillian has a rich background in the insurance and customer service industries, specialising in coaching and complaint management. She previously held pivotal roles at Aviva/Friends First Life Assurance, where she led the Customer Culture Change Programme, a group coaching initiative impacting over 100 staff. Her experience spans managing complex complaints, relationship management with the Financial Services Ombudsman, and developing specialised training programmes. Gillian is a Qualified Financial Advisor in Ireland and a member of the Pension Foundation.

Maeve brings over 30 years' experience in sales, customer care, and people development. She specialises in coaching behavioural change that drives sales results — at the University of Law UK she got the sales team hitting targets consistently for the first time and coached a finance team to reduce exam result withholds from 23% to 2%. At HSE Ireland she built a relationship management team from scratch for the COVID-19 vaccination programme, enabling the distribution of over 5 million vaccines nationwide.
