Voice Capture
After a session, the coach speaks freely about what happened. The system captures their reflection via the browser microphone — no recording saved, just a transcript used to structure the vignette.
AI-Structured Vignettes
The AI strips all personal names and structures the coach's account into a reusable vignette: diagnosis, session tactics, behaviour observations, and experiments. The coach reviews and edits before saving. The raw transcript is deleted — only the anonymised vignette is stored.
Triage & Plan Publication
A lead coach reviews accumulated vignettes and decides: publish as a new coaching plan, merge with an existing plan, archive, or defer. AI ranks similar vignettes and plans to support the decision — but the human always decides.
